それでも新陳代謝を行わければ不況には耐えきれないし、競争に勝ち続けることはできない

それは日本企業とて同じことだ。

Oracleも経営者も継続的に解雇を行っている

つまり、マイクロソフト、オラクルのような黒字企業であっても不要な人材を解雇や、不採算事業を閉鎖できなければ経営が成り立たないということだ
