レポートしていた。ほとんどアホである。

に行って、登録しなければならない。手続きを進め、"terms of service"
に同意すると、以下の文字が現れる。小さくね。

“This application provides access to the DoT CARS system. When logged on to the CARS system,
your computer is considered a Federal computer system and is the property of the U.S. Government.
Any or all uses of this system and all files on this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded,
copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to authorized CARS, Dot, and law enforcement personnel,
as well as authorized officials of other agencies, both domestic and foreign.”

このアプリケーションは、DoT CARS systemへのアクセス権を与えます。ログインすると、あなたのコンピュータは、
連邦政府のコンピュータシステムの一部とみなされ、米国政府の所有物となります。 したがって、あなたのコンピュータ
のすべての使用、すべてのファイルは、それを承認されたCARS, Dot、法執行者はもちろん、他部署の職員（米国、他国を問わず）
により、傍受され、監視され、記録され、コピーされ、監査され、検証され、開示される可能性があります。
