トランプ（Donald Trump）大統領が優先順位の最上位に置くのは米国の本土と準州、そして同盟国を北朝鮮の攻撃から守ることだ。
米国は通常兵器と核兵器のありとあらゆる能力を動員し、同盟国である韓国と日本を防衛するとの約束を完全に履行する。
