2014/06/11(水) 参議院本会議で可決・成立

これまで電力の安定供給を義務づける代わりに
大手電力会社に小売りの地域独占を認めていた規定を撤廃し、
電力の小売りを全面自由化します。

2015年
一般家庭でも電気の契約先や料金メニューを自由に選べるようになります。

その一方で、自由化したあとも消費者保護の観点から、
一定期間は大手電力会社に対する料金規制は残すことにしています。

また競争が行き過ぎて電力供給が不安定にならないよう、
すべての小売り事業者に対し必要な供給力を確保するよう義務づけるとしています。

いまでも電源なしでPPSやってまーす
全然調整せんでも今の電力会社にやらせるし電話一本で大儲けできます
特に自治体は入札せんといかんみたいやが、電源を電力会社から無理矢理安く買えるので全然らーくらく
なんの苦労もないんでみんな新電力やろーや
FITの悪用もできるし、こんなもーかる商売ないで
